During his fifteen plus years of experience, John’s enjoyed being a student of the industry and what Big Food (10 yrs) and Emerging CPG brands (5+ yrs) need to win in today’s retail world. John spent ten years at General Mills where he led their Snacks brands (Yoplait Yogurt, Nature Valley, Annie’s), where he also discovered his love for strategy and data-based storytelling. For the last 5+ years, John’s been realizing his vision of building a differentiated broker model where he’s been honored to play an integral role in multiple brands’ success in big retail (Suja Juice, RxBar, Halo Top, Kodiak Cakes, Rebel Creamery, Dr Squatch to name a few). In his downtime, John loves getting outdoors with his wife and three boys.

Brendan Murphy

Brendan enjoys networking and connecting brands with retail partners to drive growth for those brands. It used to be a hobby, and now he is excited to do it for a career. In his 15+ years in CPG sales, Brendan worked with retail partners across grocery, drug, mass, and eCom, and on brands from $1M to multi-billion, including Tom's of Maine, Babyganics, Hello Bello, and the General Mills portfolio. He and his wife have two boys under 8, so in his (limited) free time, he enjoys coaching the boys’ sports teams, golfing (poorly), getting in a CrossFit workout, and rooting on Notre Dame.

Ron Brandstetter

Ron has spent his entire 20+ year CPG career in retail. Prior to joining Select Brands, he led vendor partnerships at Kroger’s 84.51 to help vendors use Market6 and Stratum data to better manage their Kroger business through analytics. He also worked for Nielsen leading consumer research projects for P&G, Unilever and General Mills identifying shopping patterns, trends as well as retailer leakage. Ron works with Bakehouse Bread Company, Dr. Squatch, Chef's Life and Coconut King to help maximize their business success at Kroger. In spare time, he loves spending time with his family outdoors, camping or coaching.

A Pennsylvania native, Staci began her career in CPG when she relocated to Denver, CO and started working for the Kroger division King Soopers. Her almost 17-year experience in various roles for the Grocery and Natural Foods team made transitioning to her position at Select Brands a no brainer. Staci’s vast knowledge of Kroger systems and processes gives her an edge in all support functions. When not working, she can be found whipping up healthy meals in her tiny kitchen, reading a good (or bad) book, and trying new restaurants around town.

Briton Longwell

Briton spent his entire 25+ years in the food brokerage business. He has knowledge of both Harris Teeter and Kroger. While living in Cincinnati, OH he worked for Impact Group and was the Team Lead for their largest client, B&G Foods. He worked very closely with his team and the direct B&G Kroger team to achieve double digit growth. There was an opportunity for him and his family to move south and they moved to Charlotte, NC in 2021 to concentrate on Harris Teeter. Briton has experience calling on different departments- Deli, Frozen, Grocery, HBC, and Produce. Some of his past clients most recently at Acosta Sales & Marketing included B&G Foods, Primal Kitchen, Republic of Tea, Topo Chico, Guayaki, Gomacro, Lifeaid, and others across various departments. Briton is one of our newest hires and we are excited to have him, as we build out our Harris Teeter business. When not working, Briton is an avid Ohio State University Basketball/Football fan. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and playing golf.

Nicole has worked in CPG sales administration for 14+ years. She started her career in 2008 at KCBS (now Carlin Group) managing multiple CPG businesses at Kroger. In 2015, she joined Sun Products Corp in their Trade Group. Nicole managed contracts, new item set up, deductions, volume and spend forecasting and worked cross functionally to complete special projects. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son & two dogs, hanging out with friends, riding motorcycles, listening to music, bonfires, puzzles and DIY home projects. ‍

For the past 16 years, Tiffany’s split her time and career between Cincinnati and Northwest Arkansas. In Northwest Arkansas, Tiffany worked for Kimberly-Clark in account management and digital commerce roles, calling on Walmart and Sam's Club. In Cincinnati, she focused on Kroger and Harris Teeter for Kimberly-Clark in account management and leadership and Tillamook where she held a sales leadership role. Her diverse experience covers a wide range of products including: dairy, frozen, adult/fem care, baby care, and paper goods. She is enthusiastic about joining Select Brands and applying her wealth of knowledge and expertise to support our brands. During her free time, you'll find Tiffany attending her daughter’s gymnastic meets, engrossed in a book, or collaborating with her husband on DIY projects.
